Sertraline, sold under the trade name Zoloft, is an antidepressant first marketed by Pfizer in 1991. Zoloft has been prescribed for a number of conditions, from depression to obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder and social anxiety disorder. It has also been used to treat pre-menstrual symptoms.
