Born and raised in the DFW area, Michael A. Livens is a legal professional with a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives. His academic journey led him to the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned both his finance undergraduate degree and MBA, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

Determined to further his education and equipped with a drive to help others navigate legal challenges, Michael pursued his law degree at UNT Dallas in downtown Dallas. His dedication and academic prowess were evident as he graduated in the top ten percent of his class, a testament to his commitment to excellence.

Michael’s legal practice is centered around Family Law, specializing in both uncontested and contested matters. His expertise encompasses a wide range of issues, including divorces, protective orders, name changes, child support, paternity, custody, modifications, and enforcement.
