Well you caught me on a day where I’m wearing a tie. We had a Zoom hearing today and it was an exciting one. We were trying to probate a will and beat the statute of limitations. What had happened was someone had put off probating the will for a prolonged period of time and thankfully we were able to get it done before there was no will at all.
Unfortunately during the pandemic I get lot’s of calls for people in isolation and we’re not able to do estate planning for them. They put it off until too late.
