Represents Bailey & Galyen as Official Law Firm of the Texas Rangers
Personal injury lawyer Michael Galyen took the mound at Globe Life Field on Sunday, August 4, 2024, hurling a fastball that caught the corner to start a contest between the World Series Champion Texas Rangers and the Boston Red Sox. The Rangers put two runs on the board in the first two innings before their bats fell silent, eventually falling to the Bosox by a score of 7-2. Michael was particularly thrilled to throw out the first pitch on Military Appreciation Day, when fans received their choice of an Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, or Coast Guard cap.
The son of firm founder Phillip Galyen, Michael is Executive Vice-President of Bailey & Galyen and a trial attorney in the firm’s Fort Worth office. Though he handles most types of personal injury claims, he focuses his practice on work-related injury cases, representing individuals with third-party and non-subscriber claims. Michael graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2020 and has already obtained six and seven-figure recoveries on behalf of the firm’s personal injury clients, earning him a membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®. He’s also been listed in the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 under 40,” an honor conveyed to a limited number of legal professionals in each state, based on demonstrated leadership, influence, reputation, stature, and public profile.
