Hi I’m Kern Lewis. I’m a Director of the Catastrophic Injury section of Bailey & Galyen.
Catastrophic injuries are those that are more complicated than the average car wreck. These are injuries that will involve death, incapacitation, paralysis, broken bones, surgeries and sometimes even a lifetime of future medical needs.
I’ve been practicing law for 35 years all of it in the Dallas-Fort Worth area although I’ve handled cases in many other states. I’m double Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I’m Board Certified in civil trial law which covers the trial of all kinds of civil lawsuits but also in the field of consumer & commercial law which covers the area of Products Liability which often is the source of a catastrophic injury.
