Bailey & Galyen is pleased to announce that Michael Galyen has passed the Texas bar exam and joined the firm as Executive Vice President and as a litigation attorney in our Fort Worth office. Michael is the son of firm founder Phillip Galyen. He grew up in Arlington and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. In May 2020, he received his J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law, with a concentration in domestic public policy.
Michael has interned with the Texas Senate on the Committee for Business and Commerce and the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He also previously worked as a law clerk at Bailey & Galyen and was president of the Federalist Society at Texas A&M Law School. The firm welcomes Michael as he sets out to continue the family tradition of advocating for the rights of Texans.
