Attorney Paul F. Wieneskie has effectively represented clients throughout the Lone Star State for more than 40 years, concentrating his practice on
Civil appeals—Petitioners or respondents in appeals related to divorce, contract disputes, real estate and other non-criminal matters
Municipal law—The representation of private citizens in disputes with cities, towns, counties and other governmental bodies or agencies
Land use and planning disputes—Representation of private citizens in proceedings related to variances, rezoning, specific use permits, and special exceptions
Economic development issues—Representation of private citizens in matters related to planning, rezoning, eminent domain and other issues arising as a part of proposed economic development
Born and raised in Texas, Paul graduated from Baylor University in 1980, and obtained his law degree from Baylor in 1982. Upon admission to the bar, he joined the Twelfth Court of Appeals in Tyler, Texas, briefing cases for the Honorable Connally McKay. After completion of his clerkship, he joined the law offices of Cribbs & McFarland, in Arlington, where he eventually became a partner. While at Cribbs & McFarland, Paul represented the cities of Euless and Richland Hills in a wide range of municipal matters. He started his own practice in 2006.
Paul has long been an active member of various professional organizations, serving as a director of the Arlington Bar Association, as well as its president (1993-94). He is also a member of the Appellate Law sections of the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
Paul has extensive experience handling all matters related to civil appeals and has successfully represented clients in appellate cases involving real estate law, family law and divorce, and personal injury claims, as well as business or fiduciary (estate and probate) cases. Though he is admitted to the federal bar, he focuses his appellate practice in the state courts.
